Best university for IP law

Inactive User

Hi everyone !

I'm just wondering which one of these universities has the best Intellectual Property program ( and why? ) :

UCL
Queen Mary
King's College
Glasgow

I received an offer from the last 3, waiting for the first one...

I would really appreciate if you could just do a TOP3 regarding your opinion/what you know from friends or previous graduated people and maybe provide some extra informations?

Thank you very much :-)

For Scotland:
Edinburgh - Glasgow
For England:
KCL and then Queen Mary

It all comes down to where you want to live and how much you want to spend (London or not).
It also depends on what your future plans are (if you wish to practice in the UK or in another country, continue in academic etc).
Faculty members in all four are top of their fields. I consider Glasgow more intimate with stronger focus on the students than the rest, given its smaller number of entrants each year.
Edinburgh has the IP prestige in Scotland.
KCL and Queen Mary benefit from London ties, not that this will be useful to an LLM student (no matter what they tell you).
