i have applied to the USC LLM fall 2011. I have a toefl score of 94..does USC have a strict toefl requirement??

We're glad to hear you have applied for our 2011-12 LLM program. We expect to enroll approximately 120 students next year.

We recommend a TOEFL score of 100 IBT for LLM applicants, but we do not have a minimum requirement. We review each application in its entirety, including the TOEFL score, GPA, personal statement, resume, and letters of recommendation. So the TOEFL score is one of many aspects.
