Guys,
pls advise where it is possible to get exemptions from TOEFL requirements. I performed the search and it appears you can get it at Penn, Duke, Stanford. What about Harvard, Yale, Virginia and Columbia? Does anyone know?

Upenn you gotta send an email to ask the permission, which I did it b4.
DUke can be waived.
HLS you gotta study in the US for more than 2 yrs.
Yale if you have a degree in US, you can waive.
