I am taking my TOEFL this month but is it too late to write to schools for a waiver?
TOEFL waiver

I struggled a bit with your question and I wonder... What reasons would you give as to the sudden urge to have this waiver? Could this be interpreted as cold feet? Lack of preparation? What compelling reasons would you offer? "I live very far from a testing center" or " I'm from an English-speaking country?"
Don't forget they'd ask for documentation.
Your best bet is to call/email the schools. They should be able to offer you some solid answers. You don't want your not taking the TOEFL at this point to reflect negatively on your application. And what happens (Heaven Forbid) if your request is denied? Would this then result in you starting the semester late? Not getting a tuition/scholarship break? Asking for a waiver though not the end of the world may well be interpreted in so many ways....
I refuse to be held liable, but unless the schools U are applying to offer other options, go ahead and take the test. I've read several of your post and English is definetely not a fear factor for you. You'd be surprised how much you'd kick ass on the exam.
At the end of the day, whatever you decide to do. I wish you simply the BEST!

RUBICON is crossed -- the die is cast -- there is no looking back so friend charge and take TOEFL score well such a score that those who see will themelves say -- there was no need to take TOEFL. That is more than enough -- if waiver is only to assuage your feelings for no other benefit can I see.
BEST OF LUCK FOR THE EXAM MAX IT
