Hi everyone
Has anybody had any luck with TOEFL waivers?
I haven' t taken the test yet as I intendt to apply for a waiver. I fear being rejected, though.
Should I, in all cases, take the test and then ask for a waiver?

There is no way I will take to the TOEFL. I am French-Canadian, I have studied in French-Speaking Univerties and I have been living in English-Canada for 20 years. Not only that, I work and live in English daily. I also attended Fordham University in 2007. I always asked for TOEFL Waiver and it has been always granted. I applied to several LLM's program and always filed a TOEFL waiver and no University denied my request. A work of advise, ask for it and support our resquest with relevant documentation (studies in English, etc....). All the best.
