Hello !
My name is Charlie. I intend to apply for certain LLM in the US as the most of you. Nevertheless, I reached only 560 points after taking the paper-based TOEFL :
53 for the first section,
55 for the second section,
60 for the third section,
and 4 for the test of written english.
Do you believe it is serious to apply even though I do not have the 600 points normally required ?
Will my application form be directly rejected ? Or will they take a look at my academic studies and my other skills ?
I thank for your answers.
Best wishes,
Charlie

My suggestion: If you still have time, retake the TOEFL test. I don't think TOEFL score will play a very important role in admission. But you have to meet the minimum requirement of most schools. Some university will simply by-pass your files while others may review, but with certain qualifications.
If you have a very strong background like working experience or referece letter, it is worth to give it a try. Otherwise, retake it.
