One of the universities that I am applying to is Columbia, but I didnt exactly meet their requirements on TOEFL. I got 30 on reading, 29 on listening, 27 on writting AND 23 on speaking. As almost all of you know, Columbia asks for 26 on reading/listening and 24 on writing/speaking.
I am kinda of worried. You think I can have any hope to be admitted?

Well...based only on my personal opinion, my guess is that if you have realy good grades, rec. letters and CV, it's not going to be an issue...
Good luck anyway.

I guess I am the freaking champion of that.
Two toefl scores.
111:
29 reading, 30 listening, 29 writing, 23 speaking.
110:
30 reading, 29 listening, 24 writing, 27 speaking.
If I had my best scores put together, It would sum up to 116, but in neither of them I could get the freaking subsection scores!!!!!!
Merry Christmas.

Crimlawyer, I think you have acquired the required scores for Columbia. This is what their website states:
TOEFL iBT: 105 overall score, 26 on Reading and Listening sections and 24 on the Speaking and Writing sections;

Don't worry, they are not as strict as you might think! In the worst case scenario, they will require you to attend an Intensive English Course before the LL.M. begins.
If you have a very strong resume you will get in.
The only thing you should be aware is that once you are in the class with the JDs, if you cannot speak fluently english you will have an enormous disadvantage. The professors won't slow down the class because of the LL.Ms. Instead, they keep the class at a very high pace and, for that reason, I saw many LL.Ms struggling.
