Several law schools grant "waiver" from TOEFL for LL.M admissions if the medium of instructions was English during first law degree course in home country.

You should specifically make a search with the end in view. I will find out if any information is readily available in my records and write you back in due course.

Ya nriattorney is right.
even may of the top 20 law schools allows waiver from TOEFL if your English is good more particularly if your medium of instructions in first law degree was English.
