I'm looking forward to study in United Kindom universities. Today I received my IELTS exam results. Listening 6.0, Writing 5.5., Reading 7.5, Speaking 7.0, Overall 6.5. As you can see it is not too impressive. Is there any possibility for me to apply to universities whitch require minimum 7.0 score?

I think there is. You should look for information on english requirement on the universities' websites. Some universities tend to offer presessional english courses for students below their IELTS required score. I know for sure Queen Mary does that... But you should really work on that writting, 'cause most schools usually ask for at least a 6.0. But do visit the websites.
