Most of Law Schools require 100+. I just need to have 115 because I have already a high score.

The only school that requires more than 100, that I am aware of, is the LSE (114).

You do not really need TOEFL at all since you already have LL.M from USA. Nobody will even look at your TOEFL score now and that will not be material at all even if you secure 120.
