I am law graduate from Pakistan and want to study in Europe,can i take admission in LLM taught in English without TOEFL,IELTS etc.?

It depends on the program. Check out the program websites. If you need a language test, they will say so. I think UK universities will always ask you to take the IELTS if English is not your first language.

how it strange that some one has been studying English since school and been asked to show IELTS...?
