I am from India and I have all my primary and secondary education as well as my L.L.B degree in English medium and am proficient in English. What are the requirements to waive TOEFL exam? Which law schools waive TOEFL?

Waiving TOEFL depends on the University. If you are aiming to get into top tier law schools then getting a waiver is not possible especially for Indians. I am also an Indian and hold dual degree - B.Tech and LLB and I could not get TOEFL waiver. In case you are fine with applying to tier two law schools then you write to them that your medium has been English throughout and they may waive the requirement.
