Congratulations!
Going by ranking, Georgetown would be the ideal choice. However, you should look into the program you want to study, professors and opportunities post your course in these universities. Don't rely purely on rankings. Take all of the aspects into consideration.
Good luck!

Hi,
I did the one-year general LL.M. at Boston University in 2015/2016. I had a great experience and was overall happy with the program. However, as the person commenting before me has suggested, you should look closely into the programs, professors, and the opportunities that each university offers, and base your decision on that. Boston University, for example, is famous for their business-related subjects. Their banking and financial LL.M. is one of the best in the US (or at least it was during my time there).
One of the most important factors in my decision was the location. I wanted to be in the New England area for various reasons and loved Boston, so the decision came naturally. So maybe one thing would be for you to think where do you imagine yourself in terms of location and surrounding opportunities in the next couple of years.
Another important factor would be if any of those schools offers you a scholarship. If I were you, I would probably go to the place, which offers me the best deal in terms of money and financial aid.
Good luck!
