Hi All, happy to see diversity on this site and that Law in general has an interest for people all around the globe.

I am native from Congo (Located in Central Africa, pretty much in the center of the continent), with french & belgian Law degrees.

I have first been working as a "compliance analyst" for an internatinal financial institution in Brussels, then as a tax consultant (For Invesment Managers & Real Estates clients mainly as well as financial institutions) for a big4 in Luxembourg and now as a Legal & Tax Counsel for an international financial institution (in Luxembourg).

I have a great interest for following fields: international taxation, international finance and corporate law in general.

I am currently planning to run for a US LLM in 2007. (NYU, UC Berkeley, Duke, Northwestern...).

Benefiting from your experiences in these threads are a must for prospectives LLM students.

Finally, may I wish you all an happy nu year 2006.
