What's your residency status? Some of the UK / EU programs are still open if you're an EU resident. Glasgow's deadline for EU / UK residents is in late August I believe. Same thing with Manchester.

If you're an international applicant, though, your pickings are slim. Maybe Warwick? I believe their deadline for international students is July 31.

Probably a good idea. If your application materials are ready and you already have a school in mind, you might just ask the school directly if they're open to applications for the fall. For the best schools, I doubt they'd have the room but maybe for the lower-tier schools it could be an idea.

I know that the QMUL admissions are still open for non EU student, you could drop in an email and check with them.
