I just have one simple question- why should I chose Tulane over Southampton?
Can any one point out the pro s and cons of Tulane and Soton?

I don't think anyone can answer this question without details on the focus of your studies, future career plans etc. Thus Southampton has quite a solid reputation for maritime law. On the other hand, if you are planning to take start a career in the US I would opt for Tulane.
