hello everyone
i m a high school girl from Bhutan, Asia. Bhutan is a landlocked country with no large water body. yet i m really interested in maritime law but honestly i hv no good idea on that. will i be eligible for it since i m from Bhutan? does region matters? and which is the best university for a beginner like me?
