i have also been recently reading up on the NY Bar and researched.
It seems with UNISA its a no no regardless.
I know that Wits Offers BA LAW part time but the time it takes to complete might not be within the 60 months they want it done by.
Moral of the story. if you are doing distance learning law. Do not even bother.
