Hi everyone,
I am going to add 3 recommenders in my account and I would like to explain them what exactly they will have to do.
In LSAC website it states that once the recommender is added to our account :
" Your recommender will receive an email requesting that he or she complete and upload a letter for you. "
The first time I called LSAC the man over the phone told me the recommender will have to signed the FORM he will receives by email and attached the letters and sent them by EMAIL.
However, yesterday I saw "recommender account" on LSAC and I find it weird. Why recommender will have an account? Therefore I called LSAC once again and this time the woman told me the recommender will receive an email and he will have to follow 4 steps included created an account.
So what is true?
I already told my recommender that they will only have to send an email I have never mentioned that they will have to created an account. I feel like it's unprofessional if I come back to them by telling them they will actually have more steps to follow if I am not even sure.
Therefore, could you please let me know what exactly the recommender will have to do?
