Hi Everyone,
Going into my first year of studies, and looking for some info regarding practicing in USA.
Will be doing my BA Law first, then my LLB. To be completed in 5 years total.
I will be doing this part time at University of Johannesburg - but still able to attend lectures on most mornings of the week (work is in the afternoon)
I have seen a few posts regarding the New York Bar Exam for South African, and the main points is that
1) UNISA is not recognized (so I am fine there)
2) That you cannot write the Bar if you are in correspondence or part - time studies.
Could someone give me a bit of clarity as to whether or not I would be able to still write the Bar eventually if I am registered for part time but I am present for 'live' lectures?
Thanks!
