Is it possible to obtain an LL.M. degree with a bachelor's in Political Science?

In the United Kingdom, certain LLM programmes at some universities admit non-law as well as law graduates. An LLM in "International Law and International Relations" or in "Law and Development" is, I suppose, a programme of this type. Non-law graduates, however, are mostly not eligible for a programme like "Commercial Law". Still, some universities, such as Lancaster, admit non-law as well as law graduates to all their LLM/MA programmes.

Moreover, an LLM that is a qualifying degree (one such programme, as far as I know, is offered at City University London) is actually meant for non-law graduates.

In the United States, as far as I know, virtually all LLM programmes are designed only for law graduates, because students in these programmes attend the same classes as those of the JD students.

Do you know if any law schools in Switzerland would admit a student to an LL.M. program without an LL.B.? Thank you.
