Hi veryone, any one doing a phd in Maritime Law?

I'm interested in taking a phd course on the subjet mentioned next year but haven't decided which university to pick. any hints?

Tulane University in New Orleans is very well known in the US for maritime, as is the program in Malta.

I believe Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia also has a strong maritime law program, if you are interested in studying in Canada.
