I am inclined towards joining Pepperdine University's Dispute Resolution LLM in Spring 2021. It will be great if anyone(probably Alumni) can give insights into what are the Job Prospects after completing the course in US, especially for Big Law Firms and In House Teams ?

Hi, I did not join Pepperdine. So cant really say more than you would know already. 

I don’t know about Pepperdine. But a similar program is offered at Cardozo and the 2 professor in charge of the ADR program Lela Love and Donna Erez have great success rates in placing their students in jobs afterwards because of their clouds in New York.
