Hi Llmers,
I am interested in applying for an llm program; I live in Washington DC as a permanent resident. However, I would like to study in a less busy school, for I wana be more focus.I am looking for a school in the area, Virginia, Pensylvenia.
anyway, if I have an offer from GT or AU, I won't turn that down though.
can guys also tell me the real difference betwen Penn State ( which is cheaper) and Upenn?
Any advice?
thanks.

UPenn is an Ivy League School with a great reputation, faculty, etc. Simply put, one of the best places to study law in the US.
Penn State I know nothing about.
Edit : I saw you posted quite a few messages inquiring about various universities. I strongly suggest that you have a look at the rankings (US news, etc.) which will give you a first idea... Then go directly on the law school's site and gather as much as information as possible on the programs (you can start on this site).
Good luck!

Thank you Mikado,
I actually live in Washington DC. Would you advise me to move to Pennsylvania ( Ivy league) or to stay here and school at GT or AU.

GT or AU are fine law schools as well... Depends on what you wish to study and/or if you want to stay in DC... Could be interesting money wise if you already have housing. Have a look at the univesity's web sites, the curriculum, etc. Narrowing down the schools you will apply to is quite a long process, but the good thing is that you still have a lot of time ;)
