The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School will again host its U.S. Corporate Law and Strategy certificate-bearing program this July 2023 on its Ivy League campus Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The U.S. Corporate Law and Strategy executive education program takes a unique approach where current relevant theory is blended with practice. Open to legal practitioners and professionals both in and out of the United States, the program takes an experiential approach allowing participants to come together to gain insights and to broaden their skillsets by interacting with world-renowned thought-leading faculty and high-level practitioners - which will prove valuable to their own organizations and clients.

Led by Professors Michael Knoll and Sarah Pierce, program participants will approach the lifecycle of a business through a strategic lens covering areas ranging from corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions to corporate restructuring, and will include early-stage startup ventures.

Those who are not legal practitioners but whose profession is adjacent to these topics may also find this program valuable.

The 2023 program runs from July 17 - 21, 2023. Registration for U.S. Corporate Law and Strategy Executive Education Certificate Program is now open until June 30th.
