might want to narrow down the options by letting us know which jurisidction you prefer :)

cant really help with the US / Europe aspect. however, in relation to Australia, a pass law degree would be considered for admission into most LLM degrees. :) There are of course the minority (e.g. Uni Melb) which requires an honours degree but this is minority rather than norm.

as for the UK I can say it completely depends on which uni you apply to.
The really good ones obviously require high marks but most unis got quotas in the UK. So if you're from Uganda you probably have quite good chances since they need to take a certain percentage of students from every continent etc.
And they got far less applicants from Africa then they got from Europe for example....so give it a go :-))

Do not think an LL.M. in the UK will make you more marketable to UK employers, nor will an LL.M. in the U.S. make you more attractive to U.S. employers. There are no jobs in either jurisdiction, not even for UK or U.S. citizens. If you want to relocate to the UK or U.S., do not rely on the LL.M. Instead, consider it as a possible year of good times and the opportunity to meet interesting people.
