My BIG plan and problems!

Hello,
I still need to study 4 year at home before I have my degree in Law ( june 2011). So i'm just looking around to see which LLM Programs I find interesting. I have big plan. I want study LLM in academic year 2011/2012. But many univ. want : ,,student must hold degree in law". So I should hold degree in law before I apply to LLM ( for example 15 november 2010) I have my degree in june 2011( I hope ) so i must wait 1 year or..............................??????????????

Usually you are required to hold your law degree before applying. There might be exceptions though.

Anyway, it's still such a long time until 2011... just continue your studies, have fun and don't worry about a potential ll.m. in 2011/12..:)

I think that's wrong. If the question was whether you have to complete your undergraduate law programme before you can submit an application for an LL.M., that's very likely not right. In general, you can submit an application during your last year of your undergraduate law programme, and as long as you graduate before the LL.M. starts, you're good.
