Is there anyone who is still "under review by the department"? Is there any scope of an upgrade to DP, at this stage or is it given that I will receive a rejection? 

I don't have any new movement since I moved to DP on 27 Feb. I haven't graduated yet and I guess it may take pao a bit time to decide on my conditions?

I just went over some past threads and it appears that we may not see a lot of movements (on the MCL front) at least until the beginning of April.

Does anyone know if this is correct?

yeah think there are two chunk of offers
the first is like beginning of march - and the second is at the beginning of april.
