I had a 2. 3 point ( third class degree) but I want to apply for llm in either maritime law or intellectual property law in a country where I can also work and possibly stay after wards. I don't know which university will accept my CGPA and which I can attend. A cheap university will also be helpful too.

Try Univeristy of Maryland Carey Law. I know they have offer a LLM in intellectual property, but I’m unaware of their admissions criteria. Good luck!
