Well perusing universities that you think suit your academic needs and abilities is a good start. Looking at their websites is most convenient. After which, you may make a determination of where offers the course/s or major you are interested in. Look at the scholarships and other funding options available. Also try to find information on what you could do to make yourself a desirable applicant that will in all likelihood be offered a space. It must always be kept in mind that scholarships are offered to the most competitive candidates and as such academic accomplishments are a must in addition to the ability to demonstrate good leadership qualities. Anyways this is just my two cents based on the limited research I've done so far. Best of luck!!!
