I'am a french student and I search a LLM program to complete my studies. I would like to specialize in Information Technology Law, more precisely in privacy. What are best LLM programs related to this subject?

I am hoping to study IT law this year as well and have applied to Strathclyde because it allows IT professionals to join the course which I hear creates a great mix.
There are many other courses available including a new masters in KUL in Leuven which has grown out of their interdisciplinary centre in IT law. Applications are not open yet I hear. www.law.kuleuven.be/icri/masterict/
The EU also fund law students to study IT law through the EULISP programme www.eulisp.de/home-427.html which include some courses in French I think.
I suppose it depends on what you want the LLM for. I need it to add to my IT qualifications especially in IT risk and UK firms seem to prefer UK degrees in my experience. If you want to go on to a PHD you will need to explore the research fields of each university.
Hope this helps.
