Hi, Whats the best way for a graduate with a Bachelor of Business administration (International Business) from a US university to gain admission to an LLM Program. Any bridging program the graduate could follow or does the graduate have to do a 3 year LLB?

There are LLM programmes purposely designed for applicants (students) who have never studied law. Most of these LLM programmes are outside the US. Keep in mind, the LLM is considered a specialised degree. It would be best to look around this website for an answer.
