Hello everyone!
I'm a lawyer from Berne, Switzerland and I'm interested to study in a LLM program in UK or US. I already was looking for some information, but maybe somebody has a good advice for me.
About my situation:
I passed bar exams two years ago and now I'm working in the state administration. Unfortunately my marks were not the best, I passed the bachelor exams at the University of Berne with "rite" (means "passed"), the master exams with cum laude ("ok") and the bar exams again with "rite". These not-so-good marks are also the problem why I can not find another job, even if I'm a good worker on my current working place.
My english is also quite ok, but I know that I must study hard again to pass the TOEFL-test.
Now my question is:
Was anybody in a similar situation as me and can recommend me an University in UK or US which takes also people with "sufficient"-marks in their LLM-program? And what are the admission requirements in the concerning University?
I'll be happy if somebody can give me some information. Thanks in advance!
