Not sure if this is the right forum for it, but--how is everyone dealing with the anxiety being induced by the wait for decisions? Any insights are most welcome!

Refreshing email, application website, llm-guide and reddit. Basically this is my everyday ritual, yet nothing changes, except conversations with fellow prospective LLM students here.
