I am confused whether to go ahead with PIL LLM in Leiden or aim at Fletcher, Columbia and all. In terms of job opportunities this query arises. Since costs at Leiden are half, it is more comfortable. but can Leiden be really compared to Fletcher and Columbia?

Fletcher and Columbia are way better than Leiden, by far. They are more prestigious, higher quality, better universities. I were you I would definately go to the US.
