Does anyone have any advice for a LLM grad from the US searching for an associate position in NY. It seems to me that without very good contacts, it is virtually impossible to get employed.

that's not true for all LL.M.s, but I can't possibly give advice without knowing more information. Where did you get your JD? Where did you get your LLM? What subject? What was your prior background? What kidn of job are you looking for?

I am a Law graduate from india with above average score . I hve work exp of 8 years as a practicing lawyer at Bar in the Supreme Court of India. I m planning top pursue LLm from USA. Could I get job therafter.
