It is certianly an extremely useful resource but deciding upon the right postgraduate course requires much research and many subjective elements so it should not be your only port of call. University websites are key, as are postgraduate open days and the like. As mentioned above, a lot of the advice can be hit and miss and can be given by people that know very little about what they are talking about and thus essentially useless! Nevertheless, it is certainly worth checking out the boards on a regular basis and posting any questions you cant find an answer to as usually 2 or 3 members will be more than happy to help.

There's at least one other website that can help with the bulk of (some) people's typical LLM questions. Sadly, it tends to take a little more work than hoping some nebulous "expert" will answer a massively broad, vague or incomprehensible question, fill out your applications on your behalf and then arrange the grant of a full academic scholarship. If you're prepared to do a little legwork, though, you can answer just about any question you might have here:
