I have received offers from NYU, UC Berkeley, UCLA, and NorthWestern's LL.M. program and have been placed on the waitlist by UChicago.

I now prefer NYU to other programs and await UChicago's final decision. Can you provide any suggestions concerning UChicago and NYU's program and help me decide if NYU is the top choice among the existing offers?

If it’s for tax, I’d choose NYU over Chicago. If it’s something else, I’d maybe lean towards Chicago depending on goals. Any CoA difference?
