Yes the one in Essex is very good for human rights! I would also suggest UCL and LSE

I would definitely add Georgetown University and American University o thr US List.

I visited the Centre for Human Rights at the Univ. of Pretoria and I got good comments about the program from the student. The program is well structured with internship and with a fact-finding mission. Cool program.
