Hey,
I have offers from Duke and Berkeley with a 50% scholarship. I am concerned about the financial aspect and am looking for external funding.
Since Berkeley is significantly more expensive than Durham, should I invest that extra amount in going to Berkeley?
What advantages can Berekeley offer over Duke Law?

I think Berkeley's most obvious perk would be the branding- much better global brand- particularly in India/Asia, big for IP, and the cali networking options and vibe overall.  Always been ranked above Duke as a law school as well. Also I haven't heard of much ppl getting aid from Berk (50% at tht!), that might help you stand out significantly. Otherwise Duke prob is a little more close knit campus life/ and as u mentioned 5k-ish cheaper due to living costs.
