I have a GPA of 6.5/10. I know that is low but apart from this I have 10 papers published and i've participated in conferences and moots abroad. What are my chances of making it into places like LSE, SOAS, etc?

What country are you applying from? A 6.5/10 GPA doesn't necessarily mean anything to other people; countries and schools use various methods of calculation.

10 publications is a lot, but your best bet would be to contact the schools you are interested in and ask if your work experience can overcome your GPA.
