I was looking for some programmes in Vrije Universiteit Brusels and I found 4 types of degrees: postgraduate certificate, master, advanced master and PHD. My question is if the postgraduate certificade is equivalent to a LLM? or is what we call in Latinoamerica "diplomado"?
