MSc IPKM at Maastricht vs. LLM in IP Law at TU Dresden

I need some help in comparing the worth of these two programs - industry reputation, job prospects in Europe etc.

Also, if I go with Maastricht, I will be getting an MSc degree as opposed to LLM in TU Dresden. Does this make much of a difference?
