i hope so! i'm italian, tomorrow i'll call the "Center for Constitutional Studies and Democratic Development" (that should be the responsible) here in bologna and i'll try to know something more about it.. i'll let you know!

It is no longer being offered at least as of a couple months ago. It took quite a few emails but I confirmed it with Loyola's registrar and the former program director.
