I just got admitted into an LLM programme in Germany and wish to inquire if anyboody knows of any scholarship (or laon) programme for non-EU citizens?

I'm not sure of any specific finance available in Germany, but as in the UK, you should contact the institution you plan to matriculate with. First place to start would be, I guess, on their website! They should have a scholarships department or at least people who can give you great advice.

In addition you may want to try the DAAD, the biggest German institution for scholarships (http://www.daad.de/de/index.html).
