Hi there,
I am looking for some advice about the Maters in European Law at Maastricht. As I do not have a primary degree in law I have to take the entrance exam before they consider me for admission. I just wondered if anyone knew whether the entrance exam is passable by someone who does not have a degree in law? Really apprecaite the views of anyone who has been through the process.
Thanks

Hi,
If it is the international law entrance examination, I would not say it is not passable. My friend took the Maastricht exam last year, and what I did was teach her the basics of international law - principles, etc.
Learn the required topics, get to know the treaties and the cases. If possible, find someone who can teach you. Since the paper is a multiple-choice exam, my friend found it easier than she thought it would be (but she worked hard for it).
Cheers, PM me if you have any questions.

Hey guys!
Anymore people out there that have sat this exam? What are your experiences?
mikeadyla: How long did your friend study for? Did she use all the recommended resources? Or can you get away with only studying certain topics?
Cheers!
