i want to go to study about LLM in Europe and i want to know about tuitions fee but i've heard universitys in europe the student not pay about tuitions isn't ? the student can do part-time job after the classs?

I see that in the public universities in Germany, the Netherlands and in Belgium (surely in more countries like Sweden) the tutions fee are very low. In germany the part time jobs are very good but there are limitations for non-eu citiziens.
