Hi, I have been conditionally admitted as well. I need to send in my TOEFL score through ETS and get some certified copies sent.
I have paid the housing deposit and visa fee as well. Is there any one here who has checked out university accommodations ?
Also I need to apply for LExS scholarship as there was no provision during the online application to apply for this.

con ad? conditional offer?
I thought only the uni(s) in UK have that system, apparently Leiden too.
can you let us know your IELTS score? is it minimum, lower or just slightly a bit higher?
is there any possibility that the uni will ask the applicant to re-take the english test when the applicant only can get the minimum IELTS/ TOEFL score?

My IELTs is 6.5, I have to take another try to reach Band 7 to get an unconditional ad. So it is possible that the uni will ask the applicant to re-take the english test when the applicant only can get the minimum IELTS/ TOEFL score.

Wow, you have paid the housing deposit and visa fee so quickly! Where are you from? Seems ITC has its own dormitory, so maybe I will choose Hugo(only 1 km from Law School) or the dormitory.

Hi sylviazhang0707, I have the same condition as you, my ielts is 6.5. I have not submitted my application yet but I will.
I have been thinking to re-take my ielts test, but I got sick with all the exams, so I decide to apply with my current score.
Does it mean that you must achieve score 7, in order to be officially admitted (if not, then the offer will be not valid) or you have been officially admitted but must attend a one or two-month pre-sessional English course at Leiden University (as mentioned in the Leiden`s web).
Thanks for sharing

I just sent out my application.
I did apply for scholarship too, the Leiden University Excellence Scholarship programme (LExS), did you apply too?
I choose fall 2013 (september) for my enrollment, what about you?
how long it takes from submission till the final news (school acceptance)
In between of EMLE and Leiden? do you think, which one is better for International Business Law
good luck for ur IELTS, hope you get the best result!

I applied LExS, too. And I am also the applicant of fall 2013. I waited for the result of Tax law for about 2 months, but the result of Air&space law took only 3 days...I think EMLE is ok if you want to pursue PHD. I hope to work in Europe for some time and I have tax work experience, so LLM tax law may be a choice for me. I think your choice depends on your career plan.

Yes, I have received the admission letter for European & International Business Law Program :-) but subject to my IELTS score :-( , means I must do re-take to make it at least 7. No other choice, will do re-exam next month
but the admission letter does not mention about the scholarship that I applied.
Does the admission letter is actually mentioning about the scholarship? can someone give some highlights on this matter.
thanks

Hi,
Ive applied to the International Tax Law LLM at Leiden. My online application has been updated to 'Decision Sent'. The same application page has an option for 'Offer Sent'. I have not received any email/letter from them?
What does this mean?
Can someone who has been accepted add some clarity to this?
Thanks,
NT

Hi,
I received a conditional admit last week. They have asked me to send my toefl scores through ETS and my certified degree copies. I think you should check your spam as I received it there.

Hi guys, I know that this is a discussion board for the tax law programme but I would like to enquire nonetheless if anybody applied and got admitted to the LLM in Public International Law or LLM in advanced legal studies (PIL) programme. Any thoughts on their PIL programmes?
Additionally, would anybody know the minimum requirement for TOEFL at Leiden?
Thank you.
