Leiden/ Maastricht/ Amsterdam 2021-2022

Which dutch PIL LLM do I have a chance to get into ? Is applying to Leiden/ Maastricht or Amsterdam too ambitious ? If so, what are other good options in Europe ?

info: I completed an LLB in 2018. I finished with a rather low GPA 3.0/4.3 (B), but in a top law school + I have had multiple experiences in international law since and good references. I also completed a minor in political science with excellent grades (dean's honor list).

Also, I can't seem to find any GPA requirement for Leiden's LLM in Public International Law (regular, not the advanced). Anyone here have been admitted with a GPA under 2:1 upper second class ?

There’s an open day on zoom with UvA and you can also email the co-ordinators for the specific course you like to ask. However, it is based on individual achievements, grades, etc. If you’re experienced in anything, this is always considered.

I’m on the same boat as well, but with a (2:1) and what I do is go on LinkedIn, type the university and the course just to see people who study it and their qualifications to compare before spending €100 on the application fee.

Good luck to you. :)
