Hi!! I'm filling the online application of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and I want to pay the aplication fee with my father's credit card (visa), but after I type the information (card number, expiration date and security code) appears a message "transaction denegated", "An unknown error has occurred". Has anyone this kind of trouble with the online payment? what can I do before the deadline?Thanks for your anticipated cooperation.

I didn't know you were also applying to HEI. I also read another post where you were sending an applcation for the summer program at the Hague Academy and I must say our interests are exactly the same.
About the credit card, I should think perhaps it is not going through coz it is in your father's name yet the payment bill that comes on the applicatin is in your name , so the discrepancy coluld give you some prblem. Also , it could be that your father's bank is not accepting the transaction. I am just speculating, I used my own credit card and didn't have any problem. Have you sent your materials? The deadline is here! all the best with the card thing

Hello Petra!!! Thank you so much!!! I'm agree with you about the credit card thing, but tomorrow I'm going to the bank. Yes, I have sent my application materials to both, HEI and UCIHL. Have you applied for the summer program at the Hague Academy? I received the admission letter for the Public international Law session. I'm crossing my fingers, I really want to go to Geneva, and it would be great if both of us get admitted. Besides HEI and UCIHL, where are you applying? Good luck and please, keep in contact because it'll be a long waiting. Tell me if you are going to the Hague. :-)
